Shipping policy
Delivery Information – We only ship to UK Mainland and use any of the following couriers including but not subject to: DHL, DPD and Evri.
Please note: We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 working days as shown at checkout and in our shipping details. However, we always aim to stick to the estimated schedule below (please note this is a guideline only, as unforeseen courier delays may occur).
However, due to the festive season and potential courier delays, some orders may take up to 10 working days to arrive.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and will be shown at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@homefurnituredealsshop.co.uk
- In the rare event your package is lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please also check your Junk/Spam folder in case the email doesn’t appear in your inbox.
